COVID-19 vaccination is available at Great Hollands Pharmacy on the NHS for people who are eligible, and privately for anyone who would like protection. Our pharmacists give the vaccine here in the pharmacy, with no need to see your GP first.
On the NHS
The NHS offers the vaccine to people in eligible groups each season, including older adults, people with certain health conditions, care home residents and frontline health and social care workers. Not sure whether that includes you? Ask us.
Privately
If you are not eligible on the NHS, or would like the vaccine outside the NHS season, you can have it here privately. Ask us for the current price.
What happens at your appointment
We start with a short, private chat about your health, any medicines you take and any allergies, so we can check the service is right for you.
The vaccine is given as an injection in the upper arm and takes a moment. We will ask you to stay with us for a short while afterwards and explain what to expect.
